Question 1

Is the Peugeot 3008 a good SUV for Swiss winters?

Accepted Answer

Front-wheel-drive versions do well on winter tyres, and Advanced Grip Control adds traction modes for snow and mud plus hill descent control. For steep, snowy roads, the Hybrid4 and the dual-motor electric drive all four wheels.

Question 2

How does the Peugeot 3008 differ from the 5008?

Accepted Answer

The 5008 shares the 3008's platform and engines but is longer, with a third row of seats. The 3008 is the five-seat SUV.

Question 3

When is the MFK due on a used Peugeot 3008?

Accepted Answer

The MFK inspection is first due five years after first registration, then three years later and every two years after that. Check the date of the last one, as many second-generation 3008s are due.

Question 4

Is the new Peugeot 3008 still an SUV?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the 2024 generation is an SUV with a coupé-like roofline, sold as a 145 hp mild hybrid, a 225 hp plug-in hybrid and electric with up to 325 hp and all-wheel drive, at list price beside the used cars.
