Question 1

Which used Peugeot 3008 is the best buy?

Accepted Answer

A second-generation car from after the 2020 facelift, with the 1.5 BlueHDi diesel, or the plug-in hybrid if you can charge at home. The 1.2 PureTech petrol is economical, but its timing belt runs in oil and needs watching.

Question 2

Does the Peugeot 3008 have four-wheel drive?

Accepted Answer

Only some versions: the Hybrid4 plug-in of the second generation and the dual-motor electric 3008 from 2024. The others drive the front wheels, some with Advanced Grip Control for snow and mud.

Question 3

What should I check on a used Peugeot 3008 diesel?

Accepted Answer

The AdBlue system: faults with the tank or pump are a known issue on BlueHDi engines and bring up a warning on the dashboard. Ask whether it was repaired.
