The second Qashqai, from 2014 to 2021, offers petrol and diesel engines with a manual, Xtronic or dual-clutch gearbox. The third, from 2021, is petrol-only, as a mild hybrid or e-Power, with more modern safety systems.

Question 2

Is a used Nissan Leaf a good buy?

Accepted Answer

For short and medium trips, yes. The Leaf's battery has no active liquid cooling, so check its state of health, shown as bars on the dashboard, and remember that the first two generations fast-charge only via CHAdeMO.
