Question 1

Which models does Lexus sell new in Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

The LBX, UX, NX and RX SUVs, the ES saloon, the electric RZ and the LM MPV. Every one is a hybrid or electric, and the ES comes both ways.

Question 2

Does Lexus still sell petrol or diesel cars in Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

No, every new Lexus in Switzerland is a hybrid or fully electric. Earlier models such as the IS saloon, the CT 200h hatchback and the LC coupé are found among the used cars.

Question 3

How much does it cost to register a new Lexus in Switzerland?

Accepted Answer

The 4% automobile tax is already in the list price, and a dealer's price includes 8.1% VAT. Your canton's road traffic office adds its fees for the Fahrzeugausweis and plates, and the annual car tax follows.

Question 4

Should I buy a new Lexus or a used one?

Accepted Answer

A new Lexus brings the full factory warranty and the latest hybrid systems. Lexus hybrids are known to age well, so a young used one with a documented service history is a sound, cheaper choice.
