Does a used Hyundai Ioniq 5 charge faster than a Kona Electric?

Yes, at a suitable high-power DC charger the Ioniq 5's 800-volt system charges much faster than the 400-volt Kona Electric. At home on an AC wallbox the difference is small.

How do you check the battery of a used Hyundai electric car?

Ask a Hyundai garage for a battery health report showing the state of health (SoH). The high-voltage battery has its own manufacturer warranty, usually longer than the car's, and it passes to the next owner.
